Fraud alert pretending to be Star Appraisal Pavilion

Globally, the threat of impersonation scams is growing. Such fraudulent activities can trick you into making fraudulent payments. Scammers use fake Star Appraisal websites, social media profiles, or emails to trick you into making transactions or divulging personal information.

Common scams to be wary of

Fraudulent emails

Scammers send phishing emails to trick you into making payments or revealing sensitive information. Our staff and authorized representatives have a uniform email format of [name]@jncin.com.

Warning signs:

The mail asks you to make an immediate payment or provide bank account information

The mail claims that there is a problem with your account and needs to verify the information

The message contains suspicious links or attachments

Messages from unofficial domains (e.g., jnxinge-auction.com or gian-xing-ge.com, etc.)

Fake phishing websites

Scammers use illegal sites designed by the official website of the Star Appraisal Pavilion to trick you into purchasing fake goods or services.

How to identify:

Check if the URL is the official domain name: www.jncin.com

Pay attention to whether the website design is the same as the official website but with slight differences

Check the website's security credentials (the URL bar should show a green lock logo)

Fake websites may use similar but different spelling domains

Social media identity impersonation

Fraudsters forge accounts similar to Jianxingge and deceive users through fake interactions. Please be sure to check out the official certified social platforms of the Star Appraisal Pavilion.

Star Appraisal Pavilion official social media accounts:

Instagram: @jncin1996 (Verified)

Verification Method:

Check if the account has an official verification logo (blue checkmark)

Check if the content posted by the account is consistent with the official website

Click on the account information to confirm the account creation time and publishing history

Be wary of suspicious calls and face-to-face contact

If someone claims to be an employee of the Star Pavilion and tries to obtain your personal and collection information, please be vigilant.

Notes when replying to emails

Check the sender's email domain

Check whether the sender's email domain is spelled correctly: @guanxingge.com

Scammers often use similar domain names (e.g., guan-xingge.com, guanxing-ge.com) to confuse customers

Pay attention to whether there are extra characters or numbers in the domain name

Check the sender's display name and email address

Sender display names can easily be forged

For example, PostSaleUKuser@baddomain.com, although the display name is "PostSaleUK", the actual domain name is false

When viewing on a smartphone, press Sender display name to see email addresses with the full domain name

Always prioritize checking the actual email address rather than displaying the name

Carefully examine the signature line in the body of the message

The sender's name and contact information in the body of the email can be easily forged

Don't trust phone numbers in email signatures

When contacting us by phone or email, please use only the confirmed contact information of the Court of Appeals

Visit our official website for the most up-to-date contact information

Check if the email contains mismatched URLs or misleading domain names

If the message contains a message with"Kansei Pavilion"Name URL (for example, jncin.com/account), hover over the URL to see the actual jump address

If the jump address differs from the displayed text, it is likely that the message is fraudulent

Check if the URL uses the HTTPS encryption protocol (the green lock sign should be displayed)

Never respond to requests for sensitive information

The Star Appraisal Pavilion will never ask for the following information:

Your account password

Full credit card number

Bank account number or password

ID number or passport number

Verification code or one-time password

If you receive an email asking for this information, it is definitely a scam

Stay vigilant

If you accidentally receive an email about an unknown topic, it could be a scam

When in doubt, the safest course of action is to call the customer service department of the Star Temple and ask to speak with the alleged sender

Don't assume the email is genuine just because it looks professional

Handling of suspicious messages

If you receive any email that appears to be from the Pavilion and you think is suspicious, please forward it to service@jncin.com

Do not delete suspicious messages so we can investigate

When forwarding, keep the full header information (including sender details)

Fraudsters may issue invoices or make other payment demands in the name of the Star Appraisal Court.
