A: All of our lots have been appraised by a professional team, and our company is responsible for the authenticity of the products. Each product will provide detailed item descriptions and physical photos, and high-priced products will come with an appraisal certificate

Q2: What should I do if the network is unstable during live bidding?

A: It is recommended to test the network connection in advance, if you are worried about network problems, you can inform the maximum bid budget through private message before the live broadcast, and the company can assist in bidding on your behalf.

Q3: How long does it take to complete the payment after winning the bid?

A: Generally, payment is required to be completed within 3 working days after winning the bid, and special circumstances can be communicated in advance to extend the deadline.

Q4: Can I see the actual product before deciding whether to buy it?

A: The live auction adopts a bidding system, and the winning bid will be considered a transaction. The company will provide detailed photos and descriptions of the lots during the live broadcast, please read the relevant information carefully before bidding. Currently, we do not provide physical services by appointment.

Q5: How is the commission calculated for consignment auctions?

A: The commission ratio depends on the item type and transaction amount, generally 10%-20% of the transaction price, please contact our specialist for detailed rates.

Q6: What will happen to the items that have been auctioned off?

A: If the item does not reach the reserve price, the company will discuss with the client whether to adjust the reserve price and put it up for auction again, or adopt other sales methods.
