2. Bidding process

1. Track auction information
Bidders should follow the Star Court Facebook fan page to stay abreast of the latest live auction preview. The Company will announce the auction time, lot preview and bidding rules in advance.

2. Watch the live stream
Enter the Facebook live broadcast room during the live broadcast time to watch the auction live. The host will introduce the lots one by one, explaining the starting bid price and the price increase of the lot (e.g. NT$5,000 or NT$10,000 per lot, etc., depending on the lot value).

3. Bid Bidding
Those who are interested in bidding should directly shout the bid amount in the live broadcast message area, and please bid according to the price increase announced by the host. The host will confirm the bid in real time, and the highest bidder wins.

4. Bid confirmation

After winning the bid, the bidder should contact the company through Facebook private message or LINE official account after the live broadcast to confirm the winning items and amount.

5. Payment

The company will provide payment information, and the bidder should complete the remittance or transfer within the specified period and return the payment certificate.

6. Receipt of goods

After confirming receipt of the payment, the company will arrange for the item to be sent. Bidders can choose home delivery or pick up the goods in person, and the logistics cost will be calculated according to the actual situation.
