5. Appraisal guarantee

The company provides the following appraisal guarantees for different categories:

(a) Authentication Cards

All cards are mandatory through PSA's third-party professional authentication, ensuring authenticity. The company is responsible for the authenticity of the cards identified by PSA.

(b) Boutique bags

Use Entrupy instruments for professional appraisal to provide scientific authenticity identification. The company is responsible for the authenticity of the products identified by Entrupy.

(c) Other collections

The review will be conducted according to the supporting documents submitted by the client (such as original factory certificate, purchase certificate, etc.). Since there may be a risk of forgery in the certification documents themselves, the company cannot guarantee the authenticity of the certification documents provided by the client, and cannot be fully responsible for the authenticity of such items. It is recommended to assess the risk before purchasing.

Exception handling

If the buyer has any doubts about the authenticity of the PSA appraisal card or Entrupy appraisal boutique after receiving the product, he can contact the company with relevant proof within 7 days after receiving the goods, and the company will assist in handling it. If it is certified that it is not genuine, the company will issue a full refund.

6. Return and exchange policy

(a) Defects in the Goods

If the product does not match the auction description or has undisclosed defects, the buyer can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the goods, and the company will issue a full refund

(b) Personal factors

Returns due to personal preferences and other non-product problems will not be accepted

(c) Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during transportation, the buyer should immediately take photos for proof and contact the logistics company to handle the claim. Since the shipping process is not within the control of the Company, the Company cannot be responsible for the damage caused by the delivery, but can assist in providing relevant information
