As a service to you, we may also use such information to tailor the content we offer on the Platform, such as recommending categories of lots that may be of interest to you.

For the above purposes, we may contact you by phone, email, text message, LINE message, Facebook message, Instagram message or instant message, and other methods.
3.6 Automated decision-making
At this time, we do not use automated decision-making, including user profiles, to have legal effect or similarly significant impact on you. If such technology is used in the future, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent.

4.1 Basic Principles
Except as required by law and this Privacy Policy, Kam Hing Court will not share your personal information with anyone other than our company.

We will require service providers to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data and will not use the information for any purpose other than providing services to Kam Hing Court.
(2) Anti-money laundering and regulatory agencies
We may need to retain and disclose certain information about you to regulators and appropriate authorities for anti-money laundering and trade sanctions checks and to assist in fraud prevention. We disclose this information as required by law.
(3) Credit institutions
When conducting high-value transactions with you, we may need to disclose your personal data to credit institutions for appropriate review (e.g. cardless instalment services).
(4) Statutory disclosure
We do not voluntarily disclose your personal data, but we may disclose such information if required by a valid court order, lawfully requested by a government or law enforcement agency, pursuant to other legal process, or as necessary to protect Kam Hing Court's property rights.
In accordance with Articles 16, 20 and 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China, the Company is obliged to cooperate with judicial authorities or other competent authorities in obtaining personal information in accordance with the law.

If Kam Hing Court or its assets are acquired by a third party, the personal data we hold about our customers will be one of the transferred assets. We will notify you before this happens.

The scope of our services is limited toTaiwan region。 Your personal information will be stored on servers or cloud services in Taiwan.

Article 10: Protection of minors
10.1 Age Restrictions
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18 through the Platform. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide personal information to us.
10.2 Parental Supervision
The Company encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor the use of the Internet and social media by minors, and assists in enforcing the Company's Privacy Policy by instructing minors not to provide personal information to any website or service without the consent of their parents and legal guardians.
10.3 Deletion Mechanism
If the User has reason to believe that a minor under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will do our best to delete that information from our database.
